Of course, we hope you can enjoy carefree days on the slopes in Sölden. To make sure your rented equipment is covered in case of damage, breakage, or theft, you can add our low-cost protection package to any rental.

Theft:

If your rented ski or board is stolen, report it immediately to our shop. After filing a theft report with the police, you will receive a police report. Please present this in our shop and you will be given equivalent rental equipment.

Loss:

If your ski or snowboard is lost while freeriding, on a chairlift, etc., and it cannot be recovered, please notify our shop. You must then report the loss to the police. After clarification and presentation of the police report (copy), you will receive equivalent rental equipment.

Breakage:

If your ski or board is damaged due to a fall, collision, etc., bring the damaged rental equipment to our shop immediately. You will receive equivalent replacement equipment at no extra cost.

Important:

Without the Clever&Sporty protection package, the current value of the rental equipment must be paid in case of theft, loss, or breakage! The Clever&Sporty protection package covers the costs for theft or loss only upon presentation of the official police report. If no police report is provided, the current value of the equipment must be paid.

We are happy to create special offers for groups and families. Families with children save twice: your child up to 10 years rents for free if an adult rents the same equipment during the same period. That means two sets of equipment for the price of one! In addition, children up to 10 years receive a 75% discount and youths aged 11 to 14 receive a 50% discount.
